Commercial Construction

From 1999, Timko Developments have been involved in the commercial and residential construction industry from the Bow Valley in Alberta to the Columbia Valley in British Columbia. Timko initially entered the construction field building senior citizens complexes for the Alberta government as a member of his family’s business, D.W. Davidson & Sons Developments Ltd. in 1975. Having Completed Mountain View Terrace adult living complex in 2006, we are now involved in a 68 unit adult living condominium project to be completed in 2009. Our other projects range from churches to office spaces.
