Stoney Nakoda Affordable Housing

In 2000, Timko Developments Ltd was awarded the first 12 home contract. Since that Timko has constructed well over 150 homes on the Stoney Nakoda Nation from Eden Valley to Morley to Big Horn reserve near Nordegg.

Timko recently built this home in 72 hours starting at 6:00pm Friday, Sept 24th, handing the keys of a fully finished home to Linda Bearspaw on Monday at 6:00 pm. Timko, their trades and interested parties provided the home at no cost.
