Timko Developments Ltd. was incorporated in 1999, but our story starts long before that. We grew out of D.W. Davidson & Sons Developments Ltd., a family construction company founded in 1976. Today our head office sits in Cochrane, Alberta.
We employ qualified people in the office and on site to manage every aspect of our business, project management, development, design, and construction.
