Timko Developments Ltd. was incorporated in 1999, but our story starts long before that. We grew out of D.W. Davidson & Sons Developments Ltd., a family construction company founded in 1976. Today our head office sits in Cochrane, Alberta, with a subsidiary office in Invermere, British Columbia.
We employ qualified people in the office and on site to manage every aspect of our business, project management, development, design, and construction. Whether you are planning a custom home on acreage, a commercial build in town, or a cottage that blends into the foothills, we bring the same standard: work we are proud to put our name on.
